  Self-serve DSAR / erasure is live: create a workspace from /deletion/, open the magic-link dashboard, connect the sandbox source, and finish intake → verify → runbook → signed PDF/JSON certificate. Free tier: 1 completed deletion per UTC month per workspace, enforced in the API. No credit card to start.

  Public SVG at /badge.svg with Markdown/HTML snippets under Add badge. Links use /deletion/#ref=… (hash fragment; default waymark). Probed by /api/status/waymark as image/svg+xml so an HTML soft-404 fails the check.

Checkout state

Paid Deletion checkout reports checkout_not_armedNot armed until a price is published. We will not show a buy button that cannot complete payment.

Compliance Brief is a separate product with its own checkout; it is not the primary CTA on this page.

Last deploy tip

This status page is static HTML shipped with the Waymark storefront. It does not embed a live git SHA or automated deploy timestamp — inventing one here would be dishonest.

For machine-readable probes of public pages (HTTP checks, last probe time), use /api/status/waymark.

Known limits

• Free Deletion is capped at 1 completed request per UTC month per workspace. A second completion attempt returns monthly_cap_reached with checkout_not_armed (no fake buy button).
• Free-tier wipeable source is sandbox (demo data hosted by Waymark). Declared s3_bucket / SQL / Dynamo kinds can be connected for scoping but are not wiped on the free path.
• Paid Deletion price is TBD; checkout stays checkout_not_armed until that changes.
• Automatic erasure across every third-party SaaS (billing, support, analytics vendors) is not claimed — you still own subprocessors.
• Offline backup overwrite and legal review of privacy policies / DPAs are out of scope for Deletion today.
• This human status page is not an SLA. We do not publish an uptime percentage we cannot defend.
